Don't sit on your wallet!
Based on global study, most people tend to sit around 10 hours a day; while you're driving a car, riding a bike, watching movies, working, etc.
It is important to sit with ease in your daily basis activities. Clear out any stuffs inside your back pocket is a good thing, including your wallet! This will prevent:
1. Back pain
2. Problem with spinal bone
